Tammy has spent nearly 12 years serving her community through healing arts, inspired by her own journey through depression and the belief that healing requires honest, brave expression.
A devoted practitioner and mentor, she’s produced over 100 conferences, retreats, and books, and now offers Breathwork and energy healing at her Wellness Studio in Tremonton, UT. Certified in multiple modalities, she continues to learn, teach, and serve on the NCCOEP board.
