Through her business, Transformation Joy, she guides women back to their heart, voice, and power—nurturing the mind, body, heart, and spirit. With her intuitive, grounded presence and a deep passion for feminine transformation, Charlyn creates safe, soulful spaces for healing, expression, and joy.
MEET YOUR HOST
Tammy has spent nearly 12 years serving her community through healing arts, inspired by her own journey through depression and the belief that healing requires honest, brave expression.
A devoted practitioner and mentor, she’s produced over 100 conferences, retreats, and books, and now offers Breathwork and energy healing at her Wellness Studio in Tremonton, UT. Certified in multiple modalities, she continues to learn, teach, and serve on the NCCOEP board.

My name is Lisa Estrada. I love hiking and losing myself for hours in the nature and playing a little guitar. I have a masters in Information Systems and various technical certifications.
I spent 15+ years building digital systems for Fortune 500 companies before bringing that expertise to entrepreneurs and small business owners. I specializes in CRM implementation, Web Design, automation, and business systems that support sustainable growth — because I believe the right tools should free you to focus on the relationships and things that matter most.
